Shipping Policy

Solace Core currently offers free standard shipping on orders delivered to eligible addresses in the United States. We use an economical international shipping service, so delivery can take longer than domestic shipping. Orders may ship from China.

Processing and transit times vary by product, destination, carrier, and customs processing. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will email tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at jroesner1@aol.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it. If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly to discuss available options.
